In 1994 Tullio Chiaussa, thanks to his long experience in the field, decides to marry tradition, innovation, research and technological experience in coffee processing to create his brand and his company destined to grow exponentially over the years.

By transmitting this passion to his children, who today face new challenges together with him, the creator and founder of the Il caffè group gives the company a family continuity and continuous growth.

AIMS

The fundamental objective is the importation and roasting of the best qualities of coffee from South America, Asia and Africa.

From the perfect balance of these blends, individually selected to keep the quality of each product high, comes to life the unmistakable taste of "coffee" distributed today in many Piedmontese and Ligurian public establishments.

Il Caffè proposes itself as the ideal partner for the barista who, with his professionalism and technical ability, has the task of serving an excellent coffee offering his customers a pleasant moment of entertainment and relaxation.

OUR  COFFEE

Once in the factory, the bags of coffee are stored in different silos in preparation for roasting.
This is a very delicate phase, in fact the degree of roasting is the basis of each blend, each type of coffee requires a different treatment in order to reach the degree of aromaticity that characterizes it.

The roaster's experience requires a deep knowledge of green coffees, as each one will have a different reaction and result during the treatment.

After passing cooking and cooling inside  of the roaster, the coffee rests inside again  of Silos waiting for the next step: the mixture.

BLEND

Blending is a real art that consists in associating  wisely different types of coffee blending their qualities harmoniously.

The recipe of our blends is a family secret born from the study and combination of products from different origins: Indian Robusto, Brazilian, Colombian, Indian Arabica, Indonesian Robusto, etc.

At the end of this step, our blends are left to rest for about 2 days and finally packaged.
